Buying Guide

Player capacity

Choose a set labeled for four or six players depending on typical group size to avoid missing mallets or balls at game time

Mallet length and material

Look for mallets made from hardwood or rubberwood with lengths around 35–41 inches to suit adults and kids comfortably

Included accessories

Confirm the set includes wickets, balls, and a carry case or bag so you don't need to buy extras separately

Portability and storage

A carrying case or compact wooden pieces make setup, transport, and storage easier for backyard and travel use

Playing surface suitability

Wider, heavier mallets and solid wooden balls are better for uneven lawns, while lighter sets work well on smooth turf
