Follow the manufacturer's instructions: verify beam capacity and dimensions, fit and lock the trolley to the correct flange width, ensure wheels sit squarely on the beam, and test with a light load before full operation while using appropriate personal protective equipment

Regularly inspect for wear, cracks, or deformation of wheels and frame, lubricate bearings per the manufacturer's recommendations, tighten fasteners, and replace damaged parts; frequency depends on usage but monthly inspections are common in active environments
