Clean surfaces of oil, dust, rust, and release agents; abrade glossy or low-energy plastics to increase roughness; use suitable primers when recommended by the manufacturer to improve adhesion on difficult substrates

Use in well-ventilated areas, wear nitrile gloves and eye protection, avoid skin contact with uncured material, store components per manufacturer temperature recommendations, and follow SDS guidance for spill, inhalation, and disposal precautions

Cure time varies widely: initial set can be minutes to hours, functional strength often develops within 24 hours, and full cure may take several days depending on formulation, temperature, humidity, and joint size

Urethane adhesive kits and cartridges commonly range from budget options under $50 to professional two-component systems costing several hundred dollars; higher-priced products often offer faster cure, higher strength, specialized formulations, or larger quantities suited for industrial use
