- Your blind will mount outside the window frame. Your valance will clip to the top rail of the blind and extend beyond the window frame and will connect to both 312 inch return/side pieces. The ends of your valance and side pieces will be cut at 45 to properly attach at a right angle. ,

- Our outside mount blinds include a decorative valance with two return side pieces. The valance attaches easily with clips. ,
- HOW TO PROPERLY MEASURE
- 1. Measure the width in three places top, middle, and bottom. Use the widest width when ordering. 2. Add 3 to 4 inches to the width for an outside mount. 3. Measure the height similarly and add an additional 3 to 4 inches ensuring full coverage. Please note We do not take any deductions in the width for outside mount. ,
