- Measurements Name sign Measures 5" wide by 6. 25" tall. Name Stat Sign Measures 5" Wide x 6. 25" tall. Footprint Sign Measures 6. 3" Wide x 8" tall. There is about 4" for the footprints. We recommend using water based acrylic paints or baby safe ink. (not included)
